How fast can my agent be live?

Does WhatsApp use my existing number?

Yes — the connection goes through Meta's official WhatsApp Business platform and your customers keep messaging the number they already know. Meta's setup is genuinely fiddly, which is exactly why we do it with you instead of handing you a manual.

What stops customers using it like ChatGPT?

Two layers. A classifier screens every incoming message for whether it's actually about your business, and the agent itself is hard-locked to your knowledge — it politely declines everything else, including "pretend you're a general AI" tricks. Scroll up and press the 😈 button to watch it refuse.

How does it learn my menu and prices?
